NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
Our role is to provide structured guidance and facilitated communication. We do not guarantee outcomes, conclusions, or resolutions, as each situation is unique and depends on facts outside our control.
NOT PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS
We are not PIs and do not conduct surveillance, tracking, or “catching” activities. We do not gather evidence for clients. Any analysis performed is based on legal information and materials that clients voluntarily provide to us, as well as lawful open-source review.
NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
We are not a medical or mental health professional. We do not provide counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition. Seek support from a licensed health professional if needed.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful sourcing of any information, documents, messages, images, or materials provided to us. We do not verify the authenticity of client-provided materials unless explicitly stated. Our findings and recommendations are based on whatever the clients provide.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat client engagements as confidential and handle information with discretion. However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to prevent immediate harm. Clients are encouraged to avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information unless required for the scope of service.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may suggest that clients consult third parties such as lawyers, licensed investigators, counsellors, or other professionals. We are not responsible for the advice, actions, fees, outcomes, or services provided by any third party.
CLIENTS' LAWFUL CONDUCT
Clients agree not to use our services to plan, support, or justify unlawful activity, harassment, intimidation, impersonation, blackmail, or any form of coercion. Fidelity Father reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if we believe our guidance is being used for harmful or unlawful purposes.
NO GUARANTEED SAVINGS
Any references to cost savings, improved positioning, or outcomes are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual results vary depending on the situation, decisions made, and professional services engaged.
